I bought an SMS pack worth Rs. 15000 from this FRAUD and CHEAT company when it's so called 'technical' executive visited me a month before. The jerk (I am sorry, the 'technical' executive) explained me how Pel Softlabs Pvt Ltd has one of the best technology in market for SMS gateway and have been providing services to major 'well known' clients across india and in international market (which I seriously doubt now). They provided me with login after many days of payment which never worked as per requirement. Even after sending a test SMS, it was either never ever delivered to my test cellphone number or even if it is delivered was delayed by 2-3 days and their so called 'technical' executive could not explain me the reason anyways.

When I called the 'Sales' executive who came to me after few days, he told me that he has quit the job and can no longer answer any of the my queries. I tried calling there ahmedabad office (trust me, the guys on the phone didn't even know how to talk, rest apart the technical help), tried reaching their 'CORPORATE' office which was never answered and once in a blue moon someone picked up the phone and immediately told me that I should contact Mr. Sudhakar (95400 28XXX) without even listening to my problem. I tried calling him so many times but he never ever picked up the call. Their so called customer service never answers. Email to [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] were on deaf ears. This guys are CHEAT and running a totally FRAUD company and PATHETIC service.

Please, I request to all of you, not to fall in trap of this RIDICULOUS company.
