I ordered a Square Flower Basket with handle LF54-33 on September 15. Received confirmation e mail same evening. Product was delivered September 17. Only the product delivered was of inferior quality and the card that went with it "Congratuations Sara on a job well done. Love Lorraine Bill Natalie Ashley Amanda was not. The parents of the new baby girl had no idea who sent the arrangement and imagine my surprise when I arrived in Pembroke on Friday 18th of September and found that what was delivered was not what I have ordered. I placed the order over the internet from Burlington Ontario. Were they given an inferior product not realising that I would arrive in Pembroke and see the shoddy product that had been delivered. You have said in your return policy that if the wrong product had been delivered you would replace it. As you can see from the attached photo this is the case. I would appreciate it if you could please deliver the floral arrangement that I ordered and paid for. You billed my visa acccount September 15th the same day you confirmed that our order was received and would be delivered with no mention of substitution. Please rectify your mistake as soon as possible.
