I had purchased one spy pen camera 32GB capacity worth Rs 2150(inclusive of delivery charges )based on the advertisement given in the website PENINDIACAMERA.COM .ordered on 09-08-2010 and received on 12-08-2010 in the name of HEALTH BIZZ INDIA -NO 3260/3, first floor, SIRKIWALAN, DELHI-110007 (BOOK NO :6, SL NO :585 DT 09-08-2010)with money back guarantee as published in the website .Now-a -days people started using online for purchasing from distant places within india and abroad .i did the same thing and ordered based on their promise of money back guarantee.

Now after receiving the product it is not working properly and hence Iam trying to contact them but they are cutting down my phone line without speaking to me .I got a doubt and verified the website called www.consumercomplaints.in where in against this particular penindiacamera.com there is a specific complaint logged on 09-08-2010.Unfortunately the date which I ordered.

Resp Sir/Madam,
Myself Nitin Umesh Siddheshwar from Pune, purchased Spy Pen Camera Combo Worth Rs 2640 including transport. Online from http://www.spycamindia.com. with 6 Month Warranty.
I received the order dated 12/4/2010.Through Gati Courier. After checking the product, it was found faulty. We informed the company Abt the faulty product & checked again as per their Instruction, but the product didn't worked.
They told that they will replace the product.
Since one month we r trying to call them, but mostly they ignore the call or cut the call. They even don't bother to file the complaint. The Mobile No of this offices are as Follows

I am enclosing the copy of Bill received from them.
Hope U Will look into our matter as early as possible.
If u help us getting justice, no other inoccent people will get trapped in such fraud people.

I also purchased the Pen Camera Combo Worth Rs 1950 including transport. Online from http://www.spycamindia.com. with 1 year Warranty.Initially i have ordered for 1400 Rs.But then received a call from 9716921567 saying that they had launced new spy pen camera with additional features like taking photo & with better resolution with additional price of 450 Rs.But when i received it, it was faulty.Now their is no response when called.

The website should take care of such cheats.

Yes I do agree with all of you. They are frauds and big cheaters. We must try to bring them under the hands of law. I also purchased that spy cam pen with bill dated 10/5/2010. The name of web site was SPYCAMINDIA.COM and the bill was issued by HEALTH BIZZ INDIA, DELHI 110007. They assured original japan made pen but the pen i got was duplicate one. The product does not record voice and date display over the video clips cannot be changed. I contacted them over for phone to make complaint over this shortcomings. But the denied to attend complaint over phone and told me to send sms and i was informed that they would accept complaints only through sms. Then i sent sms . But no reply was there. Again i contacted over phone. The call was attended by a fraud person. He told they wont accept complaints over phone and it will be accepted only over emails (the interesting thing is there is no email address available in their web site and the only thing available is a space provided for making orders where a separate column available for give details of orders). I told him about my last call and the sms i sent. But he was very rude on me and told we people should not have directed you to send sms for making complaint. Anyway at last i send email by using the space provide for submitting orders in the web site SPYCAMINDIA.COM. And immediately on sending the email i contacted the person over phone and i was told that he was going through the mail and necessary actions would be taken within 2 days and i would be contacted over phone in this regard. But no one contacted me. Again i gave email to them to get the problems rectified. But all went vain. They are well planed cheaters.

LOOKING AT ALL THESE COMPLAINTS I THINK THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING SUCH CHEAP AND CHEATING BUSINESS UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES SHOULD BE TAKEN BEFORE LAWS AND SHOULD BE PUNISHED AND THIS HAS TO BECOME AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS WHO ARE DOING SUCH CHEATING BUSINESS .

I REQUEST SIR, PL ORGANISE TO FORM A TEAM AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST SO THAT OTHERS WILL BE SAFE AGAINST THESE CHEATERS .
