FAKE BAGS/ FAke Pictures on website/ Horrible Staff

This company claims their bags are %100 authentic with minor defects, in reality they're bags are NOT Authentic, the pictures on their website is of real bags those are not the bags you will receive and the defects are HUGE and visable then when you call to exchange or return they only have 1-2 people that answer phones all the time and they are SOOO Rude and Unprofessional. I received a bag that does not even open! DO NOT BUY FROM PENDOZA! Save yourself the headache, shipping and the feeling of getting ripped off and to top it off they're 2-4 person staff is unprofessional!

I paid $800 dollars for a fake bag

I had purchased a bag from this website. I compared it with my real LV and couldn't tell the different so i'm assuming it's real. It is a beautiful bag but when i read the review I think it's not real due to the quality of workmanship. I have came back and order two more bags, after i read the review i called to cancell it. Now, I feel so bad that i paid $800 dollars for a fake bag. It is too much. From now on i rather save my money and buy it at the store.
