FRAUD ALERT: We are submitting this post to warn the unsuspecting public about Mark Pennell and Pennell Design, LLC both of Brooklyn NY.

We unfortunately we ripped off by this crook when he took tens of thousands of dollars of our hard-earned money to procure Doors, Windows, Cabinets, Ductless Air Conditioning systems and other items but actually delivered NOTHING.

As we grew more and more nervous, the lies, excuses & delays would pile up. Eventually we just wanted our money back.

Of course, we got nothing. Mark Pennell simply pocketed all of our money. To this day we are waiting.

This guy is a crook and a criminal. (Literally, as it happens.)

He is unlicensed, unscrupulous and will without any regret take your money and then disappear.

Heed this fraud alert, and stay away from this scammer.
