I am a regular on line customer and have always had great service. Imagine my surprise when I visited your Pentagon City Mall. One of your employee's (who thought he was the center of attention), needs a course on customer service. Not only was he rude to my daughter and I, but also my grandfather. My grandfather was paying conplements to the princess out side and asking general questions. The coment about speaking only to people who are buying was uncalled for. We are an african american family who not only wants to do business with our "family", but also loves your products. To my surprise, another family came in the store with a little girl and sugar could not melt in this young mans mouth he was so sweet to this little girl. Not that it should make a difference, but this little girl was white. My family was very upset and a large amount of money was going to be spent, but we decided to take our business elsewhere where we were welcomed.
