Be careful if this company recruit you to be one of their employees. Typically they like to get someone outside from the private sector, and take all you get, they will make you to do all the work for less than 6 months, then will find some way to get rid of you. If you don't mind short term assignment, then you can join the company, while looking for other job. If you think you going to stay there for life time, good luck!!!
