I telephone this company on Monday, May 24. Mr. Thomas answered, I asked him what was this bill for..he stated I knew what it was for...I stated to him that it was not stated on the letter on GE Money Bank..I had different accounts with them and wanted make sure it was my account. Mr. Thomas said you know it is your account...I quick told him I wanted to make sure before I own up to this ..I need proof that this is my account and that no where on the letter did it stated Care Credit Corp. I stated I did have an account but was not sure if this was my account. I explained that I had 4 other accounts on my credit report that were not mine and it was removed. I also stated the only thing on the letter was: Current Creditor CACH, LLL and GE Money Bank, no reference to my credtor: Care Credit Corp. on or in the letter. Mr. Thomas was rude and degrading..he started yelling ...you know what you owe just look at your credit report. He was so rude, I hung up the phone. On Thursday, May 27, I tried again, he answerd the phone. I gave him my account number. I told him that I wanted to may payment arrangements if this is in fact my account. He told me that I had to pay it in full the full $2000+. I told him that I did not have that kind of money. He was once again rude stating I already turned your account over. The letter stated couresty and professional representatives. This is a joke. I really that we all fall down sometimes with our finances, but that is no reason to be rude or degrading to the customer.
