My father died a few years ago and my mother wants to put her gas bill from People Gas in her name. They have given her an extremly hard time. We have send a copy of a death certificate. They are now charging her $16 to switch names. They say they must disconnect and reconnect her service. She didn't move. Her husband died. People's gas has unfair practices. Someone needs to make that change.
