Choice Auto. There's 2 locations, one on OBT and one on West Colonial. I dealt with mainly the OBT location.

I bought a car, 96' Acura TL, from there after they told me there was nothing wrong with it.$2500. Tried to return it, they refused.
I was furious. They traded cars with me and the next car they gave me, a 1999 Cadillac STS, that they said had nothing wrong with it,
had MANY MANY problems when I took it to a mechanic to check out. They said they would fix all the problems for only $200.
Hard to believe because one of the parts cost $219.00. They said they would fix it all, which was the brakes, rack and pinion,
and power steering. I borrowed $200.00 from my mom, they "fixed" it in a few hours. I picked up the car, it seemed to be
ok but within the hour all the problems were back again!

I was so upset, the store manager noticed. He was flirting with me.he asked me what kind of car I had before. i told him
a 2000 Honda Accord Coupe. He said he can get one from the car auction and the only thing wrong with it was the window wont go down.
I said as long as everything else is ok I'll take it. He even said He will fix the window for me and do an even trade.
I thought once again too good to be true but he seemed to like me and he was the head boss they said, so I thought he'd make it happen
Then he saw I was working with the sales manager Omar as well, who also flirted with me. They said the car would be in in a few days. i waited
a week, apparently the car broke down on the way to them bringing it to peoples choice auto.

I was so scared, Alex and Omar said it as something minor they would fix. The car finally came in 2 weeks later and I took it for a test drive with my dad. I got my
parents involved because they kept taking me for a sucker, but I had no money and no where else to go. I had to keep dealing with them cause they had my money.
Brakes needed to be done, they said theyd fix the window and I had to pay a TRANSFER FEE OF $1000.00. I couldnt believe it after Alex told me they would do
an even trade if I accepted the window. They said they already had to work on it and "fix" things. My mother told me maybe they are charging me so much extra because
they really fixed it and its a good car. My mom scraped up this money for me, and I cried as I took it from her because my dad doesnt work and my mother
works and pays allt he bills and takes care of the family as best she can.

I waited another few weeks, finally picked up the car and was excited. It drove the same but was slightly better.I took it home, all of a sudden the idle was high, brakes werent good still,
window STILL didnt go down. When he tested it and showed me before he left it worked. Long story short, sfter driving the car for a short time, it suddenly started smoking. I had already missed
so much time from work, i tried not to use the car until i figured out a way to get it back to them. They already had it a
few times to "fix" things.

Then One day, i had no money and needed to get some feminine pads from my mother who only lived 10 min from me. I hopped in the car to pic it up and also show her the smoke so we can try to fix it, and
I never made it back home. The car broke down. Blown head gasket. Called insurance, took it to mechanice. over $2000 to fix! I lost my job and had to sell it
like it was, very cheap for $800.00 since it required a lot of work.

I reported them to the BBB, and I cant beleive on the BBB website they have a rating of an A!! The BBB wrote me saying they cant do anything since I bought the
cars "As Is".

Basically a total of $3700 I lost. I also lost a lot more. My job, my car, and money. I have been extremely depressed, crying everyday. I googled them and I am not the only one
out there. Please stop them before they get anyone else.
