They didnt wait on me to begin with, but when I started browsing waiting for the lazy bums who were just SITTING or STANDING there doing nothing to pay attention and get to me, they started making snide remarks

When I purchased some tools and odds and ends they stood at the register like i was a hornytoad. When i got home they had charged me for 2 items I had been LOOKING AT !!! Unbelievable. Apparently was NOT a random charge, either. They actually charged me for an item they apparently assumed i had picked up and "stolen" ??

When i called to complain they refused. I cant remove debit charge so Im just going to be getting my money back another way. When i told my friend about this "store" that added a charge he was like "LET ME GUESS! PepBoys?? Apparantley do this all the time!!! He worked there previously and quit due to shady deals just like that!!
