BOTH people that run this spa are the RUDEST most AWFUL people I have ever encountered. They are a Filipino couple or siblings I am not sure which. My friends and I have been to both locations and have the same experiene with both of them. They argue with customers and are just plain rude. They have no idea what they are doing, how to treat people or how to run a spa! I have been to many different spas so I know the difference. The experience would have been great, it is a great concept however they ruin it.

I know various people that have gone there separate from me and feel the same way. If you try to say anything to them they argue with you about it and try to prove they are right some how! One time a friend of mine went there for a party in Vancouver and the guy was shouting in Filipino on the phone (obviously to the other one in Richmond) It completely disturbed her spa party!

DO NOT go to either Perfect Health Vancouver or Perfect Health Richmond. A spa is a place to relax and feel safe. These people do not know how to run a spa and should be shut down.
