my name is dale kern my email is ([email protected] ) adress 3820 broadtway apt 28 great bend ks. 67530.i ordered 2 hearing aids on sept 3rd from perfect hearing aids got only one on sept 12th it didnt work called ERIC up on sept 14 told hin got one hearing aid it didnt work he told me to send it back he would send me 2 new ones never heard a word from him for 2 weeks emiled him told him i didnt want his hearing aids wanted my $598.00 refund back he refuses to give my money back i sent it back on sept 14th. i did not put a tracting number on it .i got a reciept when i sent it back my son talked to him yester day he tolo him a bunch of lies about me said i cused him out ihave never cused any body out idont use cuss words said i trashed hearing aid he wont even talk to me on phone or answer my email i send him i think he makes him money buy not refund the money peaple give hin i am honest man he said he was too but action speaks louder than words hoping you can help me out thank you DALR KERN
