Found that we were signed up for J.C. Pennies "Perfect Home Select" on our credit card. Apparently if you go for the offer of the $10 rebate they sign you up for this scam. Do to our lenghy credit card bill my wife missed these charges for three months. Called and asked for our money back. Was told she could give me back $9.95 only. Asked to speak to a supervisor and she then told me she could refund for two months. Asked to speak to supervisor again, slight hold, "well I can give you three months now" . At the end of our conversation she had the gall to ask if I would like to sign up for their "insurase plan".

How a major department store can back something like this is amazing. Great way to keep customers. We will not buy anything from Pennies ever again and will be sure to let our friends and relatives know about this
