I ordered beauty products from this company on the 19th January 2009. They immediately took the money from my debit card and my bank statement shows that the money was taken on the 19th January. They say on the web site that goods are dispatched within 7 working days. It is now the 11th February and the goods have not arrived. When I log into my account with them it says 'pending'. I have e mailed them and received no response. I have called them and am told I cannot leave a message. I have used this company before and have had problems with orders not being sent but they have always eventually arrived after prompting with an e mail. I saw on a website for people with skin complaints that someone else has experienced the same problem, so I know I am not alone here. Surely it is fraud to take money from an account and not post the goods within a reasonable time scale. I am very disappointed and angry because I was a returning customer and I did find the products very good at treating my skin problem. My skin has also suffered because I have ran out of the product I relied on and I am feeling stressed about the whole thing.
