acai berry
I visited your site and within a few days i received a phone call stating that i would only be charged shipping and would not be further committed unless i request so. Well i was charged the shipping and then came the pills which i still have not openned. I am sending them back to you as of tomorrow Monday Aug 25th and expect refund to my card. I will not just be sending this email for i have found that there are numerous complaints about your business and people with the same continuous charges, its okay to complain but i pursue this kinda of thing. I am disabled with a fixed income and will not be taken advantage of. You can consider this a threat but you will continue to hear from me until i get my money back.

Fraud
I received an e-mail ad about the Acai Berry and how it was beneficial for my health. They offered a free week sample. All I had to do was pay $4.95 for postage and handling. I had to provide a credit card number to pay that. I used my debit card so I noticed the deduction of $4.95 from my account about two days later. I then noticed another charge of $74.95 a few days after that. I noticed it was from Performance Health. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute because it was an un authorized charge.

they won't refund my $79.95
I ordered a sample bottle, 3 days after receiving it I was billed $79.95 I sent the product back with a USPS delivery confirmation receipt the company received the bottle on feb. 28th at 1:27 p.m. I have called and been told they would send me the money back . I e-mailed and the answer was always different, once they even said that they never received the bottle back. repeated tries have yielded nothing from them. I will write to the Wisc. Dept of justice next. What a scam!! Can you imagine the money these people have made just because Oprah said that Green tea was great for diets!

Credit card charge!
I ordered a trial size of the green tea capsules. I received the trial size and then I received another full size bottle in the mail with no paper work, phone, etc. The next thing I know I am charged $79.95 on my credit card for something that I did not order. When I called the phone number that appeared on the credit card statement they told my it was passed the 30 days to cancel my enrollment (I never enrolled in anything) and they would not refund my money. The only thing they would do is cancel my membership which I told them I had never enrolled. I never received any paperwork with information so that I could contact the company.
