For all of you out there that got scammed from Performance Health USA, LLC, I have to tell you that you will not get through to this company by there phone number or the product return information that is provided at the very bottom of the page that you sign up for when you are ordering the Free Sample.

I tried to contact them for days by calling the phone number I got off of my bank statement. I never got through and the web site that they refer you to in the message they give when you call, does not help one bit. I suggest you do what I did. I was so angry that they took my money that I called my bank and closed my credit card/atm. At that point my bank did an investigation but for me that wasn't enough. I emailed the Mayor of Orem, Utah and told him what had happened and how this company was giving their city a bad name. The Mayor then responded to me by telling me that he would look into the situation and he did, he forwarded the whole story I gave him to the City Manager of Orem and he in return forwarded it to a police detective in that city. He told me that he would look into it. That still wasn't enough for me, I then contacted the Attorney General of my state and filed a formal complaint.

The police detective could not get through to the company but did find out that the PO box is out of Orem, Utah but their company was located in another city in Utah. I told him of all the complaints that I read about and he questioned why nobody else contacted the police department. I really felt like he was calling me a liar. He had to go to the city where the call center was and talked with them. Well if you didn't see the fine print on the bottom of the page, you are really screwed because they do state that if you do not cancel within ten days of the purchase that they would automatically charge your account. He told me that they hadn't done anything against the law and I needed to got to the links they provided to do a return. Well guess what, those links do not allow you to return the product nor do they allow you to cancel like they say you can. So I brought that to the attention of the police detective and I don't know if it was him that scared them into giving my money back or if it was my bank or Attorney General, but I checked my bank account today and my money was refunded by the company.

So if you want to get your money back, email the Mayor of Orem, Utah and he will forward it to the police detective, then contact your bank and cancel your card and tell them you are disputing the charge, and then contact the Attorney General of your state and file a formal complaint. If enough people do this, this company may have to shut down. You can do all of this online.

Do NOT be taken in by this scam site. The 1.87 free trial will end up costing you much more. Once they have your credit card number they continually debit your card. Not for just 1.87 but for 47.00 and more. The phone number listed has a full mailbox and they never answer. The only way to get these scammers to stop charging to your credit card is to cancel that card. Do NOT order from www.PureAkaiBerrries.com, or you will be sorry. The time I have wasted trying to get this straightened out is cause for a law suit. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They also go by the Name GN Englewood, LLC.

I have returned the unopened/unordered pills & they keep sending & charging my credit account.
Then I have to go the credit card co. & challenge the charge, then they have to examine the fact & it's a BIG HASSLE.

This co. is unscrupulous.

FEW WEEKS LATER I HAVE A $74.76 CHARGE DEBITED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FROM THIS COMPANY.
SINCE I COULDN''T GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY I HAD TO DIBUTE CHARGE WITH MY BANK AND CANCEL MY CARD.
THEN SEND PRODUCT BACK UNOPENED REGISTERED.

I paid shipping for a free trial of Pure Colon 1000, got it, tried it, Hated It. Canceled and tossed the paperwork. They are still sending it and taking money from the bank for it!
