I saw the ad about the Akai products on 8/12/08, and i was only to pay for the shipping of $4.87. On the 8/21/08 my account was debited $74.80. I only received the product on Monday 8/18/08 and did not even have the chance to try it out. I also realized that something was fishy when I did not even get a receipt with the product that was shipped. I am now filing a complaint with my bank against these people so hopefully i can get my money back. I will be returning their product in the next couple of days.

Please email me a telephone number along with a person who i can talk to to resolve this issue. Thanks.

PS: Next time i will be very careful when ordering over the web. Don't know who you can trust anymore.

I gave my credit card number and address to this company for samples of these two products. One was a small fee for the sample plus postage, the other was postage only. I received the products. Aweek later I received a month supply of each product. I have written this company and told them not to send anymore products and not to make any more charges on my card. The monthly supple was a charge of 19.95 for one product and 74.95 for the other.
I know now that I have made a a big mistake. These were e-mails that went into my spam and I opened them anyway.
At this time I don't know if they will acknowlege my letter and discontinue.

I attempted to cancel my initial order after reading that this product will be shipped monthly and my credit card would be charged! They send me the item anyway!!!

I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT, and I am sending it back unopened. I ALSO DO NOT WANT ANY ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS SENT TO ME AND I am cancelling my credit card so they are unable to bill me any additional money.! Someone needs to investigate this company!

I inadvertently must have signed up for diet aids - they shipped me some vitamins and charged 79.95 to my visa account.

Purchase a 30 dy trial for 3.95 using my debit card. Received only 10 pills. I went back to the website to complain and relized feom the blogs that there was a problem. Went to my bank placed a hold on my card to keep from incurring charges. As soon s the hold was lifted I received a bottle of 30 pills and my account was charged 79.95. the very next day I received a second bottle and again my accout was charged 79.95. How can these people be stopped. It is a 100% SCAM. They assured that no future shipments would be made without my consent.
