Fraud ulent product billing debiting account
vcontinuous debiting of account do not want product, there is no way to stop or notify. Have tried phone referred to website no way to advise complete fraud to deceive any buyer.

I have been charged over $74.00 for performance health product acai supplements when I didn't even order any on my credit card.

UNABLE TO LOCATE TO CANCEL SHIPPING AND CHARGING OF ULTIMATE GREEN TEA PRODUCT
in trying to cancel monthly deliveries and charges am referred to a phone number - when reaching performance usa to another ph# which has no indication of me as a customer... yet the shipments keep coming. the ad ... was cancel at any time. They are obviously making this impossible.

Non refund/cancelation
Ordered sample of product. Received sample and tried to cancel full order (per fine print). Phone number 888-289-8740 has thirty minute wait (they never actually answer the phone), have left several voice mail messages at same phone (if you push 888 you get voice mail) and no call back or response. Per the phone message you can go to www.gohelpnow.com for cancelation and refund. This is where I am now. In the meantime they have billed me for a second sample which I DID NOT order. Can you tell me what my options are? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Drafting account for product not ordered
I ordered a sample product any my account was drafted for $79.76 for a monthly plan I did not sign up for or agree to.

Signed up for free trial and gave credit card for shipping charge $4. Site directed me to other free trial product. I clicked to view product and site thanked me for order. No way back or to cancel. Could not access web site to cancel and no answer to repeated phone calls. Automated message only no one picked up. Now they charged my credit card for $80 extra!
