Acai Berry (never signed for account withdrawl)
I looked into a free 1 month supply for just the shipping and handling of the acai berry. My doctor told me not to take these. I never gave any authorization to go on with this or to automatically take the cost from my account. They keep on sending me these on auto delivery and charging my account. I would like it discontinue, I 'm not asking for a refund. My name is Joan Ward, 333 E. Parkwood St.., Sidney, Ohio 45365 Please have them to discontinue this. Thank You!

Unauthorized billing
I originally ordered a sample product and was told I would be charged for shipping only on my credit card. Since then I have received 2 shipments of the full size product and my credit card was billed without my authorization for varying charges between $78-$79 dollars. Clearly this company is ripping off customers . Each shipment I received was from a different company with no invoice in the package. The packaging was imprinted as Performance Health USA and the billing on my credit card was from Performance Life and Vital Health which interestingly have the same phone number 888-289-8740. When I called that number they answered as customer service with no company name and gave me a website to go to for customer service gohelpnow.com and another number to call 877-478-6375. I have contacted my credit card company and they will be disputing the charges for me.

Unable to contact to stop shipments
No invoice and no telephone number to contact. Credit card statment usually has company's telephone number listed with merchant's name.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered a trial bottle only, of acai berries which was supposed to contain a month's supply and it had 10 capsules. I woke to discover my account was debited in the amount of $79.76, while checking it on-line this morning.
I called the bank and tried to stop payment-not successful. I called the phone number from the company which was listed on my bank statement, and what a shock-it was not a working #. So I went on their website and clicked on 'cancel my order', and supposedly canceled my 'home delivery order' that I did not order.
Another surprise when I checked my mail box-a large bottle of acai berries!! Once again, something I did not order.

Unauthorized billing
I thought I was subscribing to a Trial bottle only!!! Wrong!!! Shortly after receiving the trial bottle, I started receiving a full-sized bottle every other week with a charge to my credit card of $74.76 for each bottle. One charge came from Arizona with company name being Co Performance Life and second charge was from Colorado with company name being WR Performance Product. I am embarrassed to say I was taken!!! Will never order trial sizes of anything again!

Scam and cheating
I receive an email stating that it was an automated address... I looked in my bank account and found the phone number and tried to call. phone recording said welcome to support call us back between 8:30a and 3:30P or if you want to unsubscribe go to the site and unsubscribe there.
Tried the address and it brought up page on ripoffs. I've called my bank and they say I have to get in touch with the company. We're on permanent disability and can't afford to have money (which I have no idea the amount is) taken from our account.
Again all that I received was a plastic bag for mail with no invoice or directions.

Bad service
I ordered a supposedly "free sample - just pay shipping" from this company and a week later, I have a full shipment of the product and a $74.95 charge on my card UNAUTHORIZED!
I am now fighting the credit card company to get my money back. I NEVER agreed to a continuing order service, their product is disgusting.
I am left with a bottle of useless capsules (unopened) and the potential cost of shipping back to the company what I did not order and do not want!

Did not order product
I ordered samples of two products. They didn't say there would be others sent or that if you liked them that you could order them. I thought i was only paying for the samples I ordered then they go and send months supply of both samples and charged my credit card which I didn't athorize them to do. You talk about scamming. this should be against the law when you are charged for something you didn't order. Are they getting these complaints. I sure hope so be because I am calling my credit card and letting them in on the scam and to refuse payment to them. Connie

taking money out of my account. when I told them not too.
They took the money out of my account, I told the Lady I talked to not to and she said they would NOT.. They did and I was over drawn 36.00 three times... I think it is a bunch of Bull S.. and I want my money back...
