frauduant charges
again they sent out a full bottle without me ordering it and without my permisssion charged my card making my account overdrawn and i want a refund back into my account .There was no reuest for another bottle after the sample bottle because i did not like the product. i am trying to find a number or contact information for the company to cancle and make sure it does not happen again and to make my complaint known.

unauthorized charges
Tried sample for low price.
Next thing I know, I am sent 60-capsule bottle & charged to my credit card, unauthorized.
Now I see they have several complaints for identical problem.
I want my money back.

Please help
Am having a terrible time getting rid of these people. I never did order a thing from them and they keep sending them to me.
Have sent the product back never gave them authorization to charge my M.C. and they are doing it every month for a terrible amount,
Have since learned it is very illegal to mail their product across lines and also dangerous to healthy
people!!
I WANT ACTION now and want every cent of my money credited back, they keep e-mailing me and
stating that I canceled by one day too late. I DON'T THINK as never ordered the crap in the first place
Am contacting Consumers Affairs, mean while hope you can help .
Look forward to your answer and your asssistance in this matter.

Cancel delivery of products
I did not sign up to receive monthly shipments of Green Tea Desire and continue to receive them and have them charged to my
credit card. I do not know how to cancel the stop this from occuring.

Shipping + Charging me for product I did not order
I ordered a free sample of a product from Performance Health USA. I received the sample and then received 2 shipments of the product. I did not authorize these 2 shipments. They have billed me $74.95 each time. I called their number, 888-289-8740, and was told to go to their website, www.gohelpnow.com. This is not a good website. I want these shipments to stop and want my money back. What do I do to resolve this matter ?

scam of $74.76 for unordered pills
I sent for a FREE sample of AcaiBerries, paying $5.87 for shipping & handling. Since then, our Mastercard has been charged $74.76 two times for 2 orders that I have NOT ORDERED. There is no return address on the package when sent. We have contacted our Mastercard and asked that they no longer accept this charge from these scam artists !

To all of you out there that have been scamed by performance health usa.
I did alot of digging and found this web site http://gohelpnow.com
This brought me to a cancellation page and it was a couple of clicks and i received a cancellation email in 3 min. I hope it sticks but I am glad I have it in writing

BOGUS RIP OFF
This is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I requested a sample and not my bank account is being RAPED by this company for a product I wanted to TRY...not receive monthly.
Went to GOHELPNOW.com and submeitted reequest for refind and cancellation of my " subscription"...
CAll your credit card company as well and BLOCK any further charges. THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY BOGUS
