Product sent in mail that was not ordered
Online offering diet supplements samples for inexpensive price. Then start sending more products to you that you have not ordered and charge your credit card. When you try to return them, there is nobody you can talk to get the proper information needed to return unwanted merchandise. I have alerted my credit card company and will not pay for these items as I did not order them.

Acai berries
Emailed order for 5-day supply of acai berries for S/H - $4.95.About 10 days later received a full bottle and my cc was charged $75. Trying to get this corrected.663e4

Unauthorized billing
I recently ordered 10 acai berry pills for the price of shipping 4.95 after the order was received i was charged an additional 75.00 for what reason i do not know i am still trying to resolve this problem.

Billed without permission
I ordered the free trial bottle of Acaiberry, and was sent another order that I did not ask for. After trying in vain to E-mail the company, I tried to call them. I called several numbers and either there was no answer, or a recording which was no help at all. I finally got through(on the seventh attempt) and was able to cancel. Their return policy states that I can only return goods that were shipped after I canceled.

Charged for shipment I didn't ask for and didn't get
I was charged for tea I did not want and did not receive. The web site on the return of the complaint to the bank was not readable. I never received anything from this company.

Unauthorized charges
I paid for shipping of a sample, discovered the product did not perform as promised, so declined to order any more from Performance Health USA. Without authorization, they have sent me two orders and billed my debit-card account $79.95 each time, for a total of $159.90.
I am unable to reach PH USA to cancel these unauthorized orders and charges. I'm turning this over to my bank to have all future charges declined.
