I read the complaint of being charged for another bottle without their knowledge. I've been battling with them for a week over almost $100 charged to my credit card. I wish I could shout this to the world: ALWAYS CHECK THE FINE PRINT/TERMS.
In the final call today I was told that even though I'd returned the products because I didn't read the terms they were not going to reverse the charge. They only give you 10 days to return and then you're charged $79 every month. And if you "return to sender" they won't refund, and on and on.
My credit card company told me that even if you cancel the card, as long as they have the number they can keep charging you.
