Unwanted product, unauthorized payment from account
Sent them an e-mail on 4/15/08 to stop delivering product and to quit withdrawing money from my account in this regard. There was a quick response that they received my e-mail with no other info about unsubscribing in any other way. I assumed that this would be discontinued, then a few days later another shipment was made and a week or so later a withdrawal in the amount of $66.09 was taken from my bank account.
Then I just noticed on my on -line banking that another payment in the same amount was made today, 7/20 and a shipment of their product was received. I am requesting a refund and in the least, since their site now says they will only charge $19.00 for the same product, a refund in the difference of the two amounts.

Enrolled me in their autoship program without my consent or knowledge
Below is a letter I sent to Performance Products USA, LLC which provides a detailed explanation of the situation. Last night I received a letter from my bank stating that since I did not comply with the policy of "the company" (which was to contact them within 10 days) that they (my bank) can not assist me in getting my $79.95 refunded, and that I have to contact "the company" which I have done, to no effect. I was told by "the Company" that I was to have gone to their website and read their policy. Good luck in finding their website. I was never able to find it!

RE: RMA Request, RMA Number: 53731-17710
Gentlemen:
I responded to your offer for a free trial of your Green Tea capsules on February 1th. When I received the bottle, it contained only 7 capsules. My initial thought was, “What a rip!” However, a few days later, I received another bottle containing 60 capsules and thought you must have been in short supply when you sent the seven, and this was the real trial order.
Last Friday, March 21st, I received another bottle of capsules. This prompted me to go online and check my transaction history in my bank account. Sure enough, on the 14th of March, there was a charge for $79.95! This made me wonder if I had also been charged for the full bottle I received in February. And yes! Another charge on February 14th for $79.95.
When I called the number on my bank transaction, I was told that I was supposed to have gone to their website, and there I would have seen that I had 10 days after receipt of the trial offer to cancel the auto-ship. My initial order was February 1, and on February 14th my account was hit again. Although I was unaware of that I had to cancel within 10 days of receipt of the product, I assure you, this was several days less than 10 days from receipt of the initial shipment.
I feel your practice of automatically placing people on an auto-ship plan without informing them is deceptive and intentionally misleading. Had this been mentioned to me or had it been indicated at the time I placed the order, I would have declined being placed on auto-ship. If declining was not an option, I would not have purchased the free trial sample (free + S&H).
In this busy world in which we live, I wonder how many other people with hectic schedules, and who are too busy to check every little item on their statements, unknowingly are debited or charged for product they did not intentionally order.
I requested a return authorization and returned the two full bottles, unopened. I expect my account to be credited for a full refund of $159.90, and trust no further action will be necessary.
Sincerely,
Linda Standefer
They credited for only one bottle - the one they sent in March. They refuse to credit me for the Feb shipment since it has been more than 10 days!

Product I did not order
I never signed up with this company to receive products, just a trail sample. Now I am being billed $135 for what I could get in a pharmacy for $10.00.

I don't want this
I admit I ordered a "FREE" sample of MYOMED and I did pay the shipping and handling, which I will never do again. Then I find out I am being billed $66.90, not once but two times. I call the 800 number and I am basically told "too bad" you had, I am not sure I think she said 10 days to cancel or they would start sending the product. There is no way this product cost $66.90 and if it does I would be crazy to buy it. They said one was sent 5/29/08. I asked if I don't open it can I send it back and get a refund they said "no". I am on disability and limited income and I need this money. I was able to cancel on 6/2/08 #323-555. I need some help on how to get my money back.

Unauthorized billing!
Listing my complaint against MYOMED on this website has caused some of you to send your unwanted products to my home address. DO NOT SEND me your products. I am a CUSTOMER, just like you, who has been scammed by this company. I am refusing to accept your packages. I recommend you close your bank accounts, so no more charges will be placed on it. Here is all the information I have collected on the product Myomed. Do with it what you will. You all received the products just like me.
Information on my 2 samples of Myomed-

1-866-696-6330- www.myomed.com
I sent my unwanted tube of Myomed back to the return mail address on the package that I received. I sent it with a "Delivery Confirmation", for whatever good that will do.

Billing unauthorized
There's no phone that works, no mail address correct. Without you ordering anything they keep billing your credit card. This starts by offering 10 supply for $3.97 shipping and handling, Then they bill you monthly for amount NOT ordered by you. Even if you return all products, even the free 10 day trial offer.. Somebody please help, my husband is furious!! He's always told me these were scams..

Billing scam for Green Tea
Although they readily answered the phone, that's where the customer service ends! Everyone you speak to is a "supervisor" who has NO supervisor. They STOLE $79.95 from my checking account utilizing the info I submitted for my "free" $3.97 sample. Jane K. (@ the 800#) told me to go online and unsubscribe. That didn't work because, per the unsubscribe service, my email address wasn't recognized. So I called back to the 800# and spoke with Halle, who supposedly was unsubscribed me via the phone. I will NEVER again respond to any of these ads on the internet.
