The lack of customer service is worse here than anywhere I have ever shopped. I will NEVER shop here again. I emailed on 3 different days, asking for the status of my order and all they say is "its on its way".

By the end of 2 weeks and 3 days of this I was giving up and sent another email stating I was canceling my order. Their reply was that I was too annoying with my emails "everyday", 3 days of emails in 2 weeks and 3 days (Monday, a week and 1 day after placing the order, the following Monday, 2 weeks and 1 day after placing the order, and finally Wednesday, 2 weeks and 3 days after placing the order). They continue to say that I threaten them by saying I was going to contact my credit card company if they do not refund me as I have not received any items which they gladly charged me for over 2 weeks ago! STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS AND SPENT OVER $1, 000.

I have had better customer service at MacDonald ordering a 99 cent burger.

The prices are great, NOTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS SITE IS!!! YOU ARE ASKING FOR A HEADACHE IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!

If this is the way they conduct business, I really don't know how much longer they will stay in business. Maybe its a scam, they might not have sent me anything at all.

IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY AND TO KEEP YOUR STRESS AT BAY, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM DESIGNER DISCOUNT SITE! If you want to give your money away on horrible customer service then there are several places you can give your money away, and I bet it will make you feel better.

There are several other reviews for Designer Discount that are ALL bad. All the reviews are negative except those that just placed their orders and are excited on the deal they THINK they just got.
