I ordered 3 bottles of perfume from this company which they claimed they processed order and disptched on 12/14/10 but never received order. The order number is:29857 and the tracking number is:RI064355845BG. I used the tracking number to track package online at the usps and the status is still the same as it was when first checked as it says and I quote"The originating post id preparing to dispatch this package but it has never been dispatched and it has been over the 14 days they say to allow. I have sent multiple messages but none of them are answered by scent mall andthe phone number they provided for their company for the customers in the United States to contact is phony. I want my money refunded to my Visa credit card promptly as this company is clearly dishonest and I will never conduct business with them again. My money is hard earned and I can't afford to make payments for products and not receive them as it's wrong and immoral for a company to take a person's money under false pretenses and not deliver the goods. I want a complete refund of my $213.88.

Ordered Armani Diamonds Perfume from the online shopping site of Scent Mall (Perfumes Ltd). Gave no indication that they were an overseas company or else i would not have placed an order from this site. Emailed me with details of my order and 2 weeks later the shabby jiffy bag arrived with box of perfume - box was slightly damaged as it had no other wrapping protection, emailed the company several times with no reply. Became suspicious after seeing reports of scams and fake perfume sold by this company on line. Decided to open the box of perfume and knew instantly that it was fake, shabby bottle with scratches on the automiser - and the fragrance was disgusting...an obvious FAKE... Still haven't had a reply from this disgraceful company and feel i never will.
