I purchased a gown from this site according to the size chart on how to measure yourself so as to avoid dissapointment. I did this & chose the standard size 12 as the measurements were actually an inch or so more than my measurements. Upon receiving the gown it was beautifully made but no where near a size 12. I immediately contacted them because it was a gown for my daughters wedding, I was told to take it to a seamstress & get it altered as there was room always left in the seams. I did this but the seamstress said it was impossible as the garment was not anywhere near a size 12 & not enough seam allowed.They then said they could send some more material, this was not acceptable as I ordered the size I needed not what they sent. I sent an email asking for my money refunded but at first they refused then said they could refund 10%, I refused it then went to 20% I still refused, I sent them pictures of my measuremets as they asked for them. I then had to send measurements of the garment showing the tape measure measurement. All this showed that the garment wasnt made to a size12 they then said it wasnt their fault I ordered the wrong size. I again explained I got my measurements off their site. They then said their garments can be sometimes an inch more or less difference in the finished garment. Hello ...this can mean maybe two dress sizes, this is not at all proffessionel. I have asked for my money back wright from the start & all they have done is go around in circles. Its very upsetting.I said I was going to report them to some sort of authority in charge of websites as this shouldnt be allowed to happen, somebody has to keep an eye on these companies & if they dont come up to standard they should not be allowed to take innocent peoples money which has been paid in full & in good faith for their services advertized.
