Not to beat a dead horse but I just wanted to point out Steven Wells "Harry Keane" is so desperate that he creates fictitious names to hide his antics. "Keane and Perission Entertainment Inc. Perission Entertainment Inc., is owned by numerous investors". If he means people he has stolen money and sold illegal stock to yes, it is owned by the blood and sweat of other people he has stolen money form.

"It has a CEO, Board of Director and a corporate attorney." Yes all are Harry Keane, the lawyer that he keeps using his name I feel sorry for. I think he actually has handled Harry's five divorces but he isn't a attorney he has on retainer as he would have you believe or else he would be handeling his legal affairs (which he has plenty mostly cease and desist and jumping out of many, many lease) has no money. Even though he is a con man Harry has too many bills from the failed suit from American Idol to his numerous scams and pay rent or quit.

I guess he didn't think about the Christian people he put in the poor house because he stole their money under pretense? Except the one written by Becky Purcell who is equally detectable by their written phrases. You guys are pathetic and have been exposed by the PEOPLE. I want you to think about all the people who worked hard for their money. There people with kids, people who have retired, people who had dreams of making it big. Then Harry and Becky promises them their dreams only to have their money stolen from them and discovering it was only a scam. Another scam they do is Harry sends Becky out to go to churches not to worship but to befriend people so they can scam them!!! '

Look to see what Harry has done in film by finding ANY EVIDENCE that this man has worked in the industry? I saw Harry Keane's latest attempt to deceive the good people of Texas, he has made fraudulent statements to legitimize a false company named Perssion. This is Harry Keane the con man at his best. When I read this letter my first thought is that all the complaints on various websites must have hurt his business. So I will not make a lengthy comment only to allow everyone know what a fraudulent person this guy is. He rents small little offices and claims he is having a big motion picture studio built.
The truth is he really can hardly pay the rent which is evident from his desperate attempts to obtain money through the sites mentioned on other comments. But what is hilarious to me, is his inability or even understand fundamental business especially show business. He claims to make millions yet has no studio, no finances and no staff. He has a accomplice named "Becky Purcell" who will occasionally post under a assumed name to help protect Harry and his dream company.
The fact is Perission is a website and Harry is a con man, no investors just victims. So in closing let me post one of the rip off reports about Harry and his Perission website.


Harry is attempting to sell Stock's that are worthless by promoting the success of his company he is contacting all acquaintances and saying in his casual way, My son has stocks in the company and we are selling them for a limited amount of time.

In the United States under the Securities Act of 1933, any offer to sell securities must either be registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or meet certain qualifications to exempt them from such registration. Regulation D (or Reg D) contains the rules providing exemptions from the registration requirements, allowing some companies to offer and sell their securities without having to register the securities with the SEC.[1] A Regulation D offering is intended to make access to the capital markets possible for small companies that could not otherwise bear those costs of a normal SEC registration. Reg D also affects individual savings and money market accounts with banks and credit unions, and any other person or entity that wish to sell securities.
