This past Tuesday we were traveling and stopped at a Perkins. I have always have had good service at your restaurants but this one was without a doubt was bad. We arrive a little after 6pm, got our drinks and she said I'll give a few minutes to make your order. Well those few minutes turned into 20 to 25 minutes. She got our orders but then she was forever bringing the food and she got my wife's order messed up. I said, just forget it, for we have at least 6 more hours of driving. No I will bring it right out. We were there for an hour and thirty minutes. To say the least, I was not in the best mood but to make sure we did not do wrong we gave her a 15% tip. This evening my son was traveling through the same area and called to make sure he did not stop there as he too was on a deadline. We have always had good service at other Perkins before but we will not stop here again. The restaurant was not full.
