I was eating with my family in the batavia restuarant, and the restuarant wasn't busy, and if took 17:oo minutes to be waited on. The restuarant was partily empty, and still we had noting to do, but look at our watches, and see how long it took to get service. Then we ordered our food, and my family ordered sandwiches, and for myself a salad( which was my main course.) While they got their food and ate for ten minutes, the salad finally came, and it was wrong. By the time I got my salad, my family had eaten, and they were ready to leave; so I was PISSED and had to get the food to take home. I was so mad I couldn't eat, so why did a main course of ONE salad take 25 minutes to fix? If it would have been up to me, I never would have left a tip, but my brother-in-law did. Do you think this is good service? NO. Never will return to a perkins restuarant.
