I'm writing this to complain Ms Carmen Hee, sales person representative in I.G Enterprise Sdn Bhd, No.60, Jln Genting Kelang Setapak, KL. She mislead us, customers that the booking can be refund no matter what reason we give when we cancel the order. Me, and my sister with her boyfriend, three of us asking her "if we cancel the order anytime without any reason, can we get back the refund in full?" and she told me, "YES!"...we will fully refund you the money and given back by cheque within one week.
However, when i cancel the order within a week i order, she says is ok, and will proceed it for me. But, after waiting for several days, she called back me and say that she needs some other documents such as the cancellation letter and the original copy of the receipt back. Hence, i prepare everything and went over to the showroom and give back to one of his collegue since she's not there. However to my suprise, her collegue/supervisor, so called Mr Ivan, called back me and say they cannot refund the money back to me. What?? I totally felt like i've been cheated by this company!! He given me such nonsense excuse saying that no refund are allowed, and he did not care what her sales person told me...what an irresponsible attitude is this? They seem like does not take any responsible for what their stuff did or told the customer! Which means, even their sales person told the customer that there is free gift for us or discount, their boss or supervisor will not even care? They are not organize at all, not even consistent in what they said!! What kind of company is this?? Besides, the order will take more than 3 months!! I'm angry because the irresponsible sales person who promise everything but can't kept their promise!! Never ever visit this showroom again!!
