Received with broken cases due to falulty packaging. Tested first 6 CD of 32 CD set and found these all falulty. Company said they will replace individual falulty CDs and asked that I review all CDs and all 150 hours of shows on the CDs. I asked for a full refund becaue the set is faulty. Company email said that I can take 6 to 9 months to review the CDs. I think that the company is waiting for the five day refund period to expire. This company has a refund policy that they do not follow. Do not purchase from TVDVDStore. They are listed as an alterntive site for DVDs on Ebay.
