These people have put us through a horrid experience. Starting when we purchased a vehicle through Bangor car care. Our payments were only suppose to be through a checking account. They would automatically take our fee out every week until our vehicle was paid off. Everything went well until circumstances forced us to change the account from which the money would be taken out. We had the payment for the week. Persian acceptance refused to take it out until we faxed a signed letter saying it was okay. Three hours later they called back talking a mile a minute about something else we needed. I didn't understand what they meant. (I still don't from this day.) I recall it was a man named Frank with a hard to understand accent. He started to get fustrated and called me numb. He finally asked for a voided check. I faxed that to him and called back explaining to me that I were to stay at the location from which it was faxed and keep checking in with him until he recieved it. (Then he said it was pointless to send my check because it was a starter check. This was a new bank account and a starter check was all I had.) This was not logical for me at the time. I had a daughter who just had surgery at home and a lot of house work to catch up on. He explained to me that it could take two hours before he knows he would get it. Thinking I had the time to hang around an office for two hours waiting for him to recieve some fax. I was getting fustrated. We had one more spat and I finally had to hang up on him. By now..employees from persian corp have already called me names and accused me of being dumb. I called back and requested not to speak to Frank. I talked to a woman named Christian. She started telling me something completely different. Now they needed a letter head from the bank, a voided check, a letter of permission signed by a couple different people and a paper stating account numbers, phone numbers...etc. I have to say this was the most a company has ever put me through. All I ever wanted to do was give them their money.
I still couldn't do it to this day. this is a busy world. I don't work for persian acceptance. I'm a nurse who just wanted to buy a car. You would figure a car dealer and an indirect auto lender would be of more help when it comes to THEIR jobs.
