As a travel agent I booked tickets for two of my pax thru the website. Due to the airport closure in Bangkok Airport the pax missed their international flight to Thailand. The customer service advised to send the copy of the canceled international flight which was supposed to be done on 03 DEC. Though I sent all the necessary documents to the customer services; they refused to refund the flight of AirAsia on 07 DEC. The fact is that it is the third time I am facing such behaviors from AirAsia. They care about everything but the customer service. They are giving credit shells instead of the refunds. I don't know why they are compensating the hostage situation economic damages in Suvarnabhumi airport by not refunding the paid unused tickets of foreign tourist...
I'll try to complaint about this situation to the international authorities and will aware every travel agent in the Middle East about the way the AirAsia is behaving overseas travel agent...
