Unauthorized charges
I ordered Norton 360 and it started to down load but stopped in the middle. I can not get it to finish downloading and can't get help that I understand. My credit card has been charged $89.95.

Unauthorized billing
We sent our SUV to Strauss for new back tires and the mechanic broke off one of the lug nuts. We had to pay for the lug nut they broke and an additional $41.00 for labor. My husband and I feel we already brought new tires we were there for them to put them on (Simple enough for those that know what they are doing.) Strauss should of owned up to their poor work and should of been glad to replace that part they broke without charging it to the customer after all they broke it. It is not even the money but the principle of the whole thing. Now I wouldn't ever bring my car back to that place. And everyone I know that ever went there will know this story. Also even the Vehicle information was wrong on the receipt the year and color of the car was incorrect. Did Strauss know what car they were working on?

Unauthorized charges
So, I thought I would try it but they had to have my major credit card number first mistake on my part. After they received the number they continued to make numerous other offers for a postage of $1.95 for Colopure and two other items. When I received the products I had four items. Knowing I only requested two, I immediately returned two. Not realizing returning to the originator with paper work inside to cancel would not remove credit on my credit card. When I received my credit card statement the following month I had over $100 on my account plus they had shipped another two bottles of this product I had not ordered. As of today sixty days later I have nearly $200 on my credit card and their only willing to issue 39.95 x 2 that's less shipping on one shipment plus those first two items of over $45 never has been credited and they were returned within one week of delivery. I say to everyone out there. NEVER TRY ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE OR ON TV. My credit card company is not willing to do anything. So, I'm out over $100 for products I never even opened or ordered. Everyone of them were returned. Beware of toll free number out of AZ.

Fraud and scam
Purchased a car and was told I get $500.00 worth of gas. Instead I got this scam of send them $5.00 and for every $100.00 worth of gas I purchased per month they would send me a $25.00 free gas card. I have recieved notice from company that I was doing everything right but it's been eight months and no cards. Tried to contact them with know success.

Awful experience
My computer crashed and ordered Norton. I have an HP V90000 laptop. In order to go on the internet and get help, I needed protection. I obtained and since I ordered it before, I was to be credited the HP Norton-Symanted. I'm very upset because this caused me to be overdrawn on Christmas gifts. I didn't find out until my Jan statement. I'm going in for surgery and need it still resolved.

I recently, 12/13/08, received a charge in my account under the name EWC Payments Pty LTD Donvale. I have not made any purchases using the website that is shown in my statement. In fact, I do not what website the charge was made to0. I have not authorized this charge and would like to have my money returned. If there is anything I can do to help get my money refunded please let me know. The amount charged was $53.16.
