	satpj July 28, 2009 ripped off went on this site and all these things went off on my comp. indicating that i had big trouble and had to down load the program I did this and they charged my card 79.99 when I had oked the 59.00 I called that same day to have my acc. credit back to me very angree that this could happen to me.

	phoney virus protection July 15, 2009 did not receive the product I had this alert come up from Personal antivirus that alerted me to a trojan virus and said I needed to purchase the virus protection. I made the purchase and now the charge of 79.90 is pending on my bank account, and yet I have no protection. I would like this charge removed from my bank account asap!!
	Diane McGowan July 15, 2009 Antivirus Program disappeared I purchased online the personal antivirus software (order #109683544-pb for $59.99. It downloaded successfully and I activated it. It was running for a few days and then it disappeared. The program has disappeared from my computer. I now have no virus protection. I payed for this and I want it back on my computer.
	Donna Marler July 10, 2009 Overcharge, product not helpful On line ordered antivirus for $59.99. Charged $79.99. The product is interferring with operation of computer and I can't get a hold of anyone to discontinue service or get my money back.
