noone to speak to to receive refund, unable to access sfotware

I purchased this "personal antivirus software" that claims immediately that you have viruses on your PC. I have been unable to locate their icon on my computer so i tried to contact their "24 hr service" which is only a machine asking you to leave a message with your phone number. When i called back and pressed option 1 to cancel the product, it requests the first 6 digits of your credit card...very fishy to me so i hung up. I left numerous messages for them to return my call to no avail. I finally e-mailed them to cancel the produce but will now be calling the better business beureau to report them as well. DO NOT purchase this product!
