Personalized car magnet was ordered and paid for in CASH in FULL. Item was to be received the following week. Item has NEVER been received. I have made numerous calls to Runae Badciong but she either does not answer or when I did get her on the phone she promised to have the item "in a few days" but still has not delivered! Follow up calls have been futile. Others who purchased the same items on the same day have had the same problem. She took the money and did not deliver!
