On March 18, 2009, I ordered a baby gift from www.personalizedforbaby.com. They charged my credit card, but never delivered my order. I tried emailing twice, but they didn’t respond. I also tried calling them several times only to receive a message saying no one is available, but someone will respond within 24 hours. That was last week. I have left multiple messages. American Express is investigating the charge on my behalf. I found out that Personalized for Baby has an F Rating with the Better Business Bureau. They had 195 complaints against them in the past 36 mos. The company seems like it is out of business, but it is still accepting orders and taking the money. They are criminals in my mind.
