misbehaving

dear,
i gone to icici bank(hyderabad-INDIA) santosh nagar branch to take the money from checque, but in the cash counter one lady staff was there what she said i am not issueing the cash go to another two counter and in this two counter two gentel man was there what they said go to maddam counter she will issue the money, then once agin i gone to laddy counter she unncessarly arguing with me misbehaving with me in front of all the customer, her language is very rude.
if you are in customer service you should not be rude why beacuse the customer is like a god, you are sitting to help us, not to make fun,

so please take the ncessary actiion against the girl(i don"t know her name)this case happend on 23/07/2009

rgarding cancellation of ph and broadband

Dear Sir 
my service user ID is 299585598711 
as you know my ph and broadband was dead since 25th may 2009 and I contacted your man in Kanpur Krishna Tower Mr Vishal Sharma he told me to file a complaint to R CARE i filed it on 27th May 2009 no is UCH 1235170 and no one bothered to attend it.Mr Sharm told me to cancell your both connection as this problem can not be solved so i cancelled this via complaint no 99443059 on 2nd June 2009 one Mr Gurjeet Singh was the man who gave this no.Again on 6th i filed for cancellation on 6th June 20098 and one Namrata was there she gave me this no 99892572.But no one bothered to take your PHONE and MODEM also till today. 
Pl look into this matter and do the needful.
