Hi all, I'm here to make a complaint about the hair vendor above. So i read about them on a hair forum and decided to give them a try. Trying to start a hair extention business in my country in Africa and since everyone is obsessed with south american hair here and never get the real thing, and since the vendor seem to sell genuine hair i decided to give them a try.

I couldn't pay through paypal as they do not service my country so had to pay through western union which i did from new york when i was there last christmas. On the 15th of december to be exact. Bought 5kg of hair and the bill i was given was 3, 254euros. i had to pay in dollars since i was sending from the united states so the total i paid was $4595.

The lady i was communicating with Maria Eugenia Garay was very receptive before i paid and guaranteed i will get my hair in nine days. She kept mailing me and asking me to send the money so I can be part of those scheduled for shipment the next week, so I paid the money and she stopped writing. I email and she says its cos of the holiday period and then they have delays and all sort of excuses since and then she just stopped responding since last week. I have threatened to report to the police and she would say not to they have delays, she would send half first and when i say go ahead nothing.

Can anyone advice on how to get my money back or what I should do?
