This company company's customer service is absolutely horrible. I paid over five hundred dollars for them to check my sentricon baiting system for termites and I get only excuses as to why they don't come out and check my stations. When I call to find out why, they say that they will send someone out and they never do. I have asked to speak to the mgr on duty and the rude customer service reps say he is not available and to call the phoenix office if you are not happy. Good luck with that one as I tried and the regional manager Doug wouldn't even bother taking my call. I tried calling there corporate hq's in Florida and was told some guy named Burt would listen to my complaint. Nobody every called me back. Do not bother with this company, I have since switched to Truly Nolen and they are awesome.
