Wow, where do I begin to describe the horrible experience I had with this company. I ordered a dog sweatshirt for a Christmas gift for someone on December 15, 2009. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. It is now January 19th and I still haven't received it. I tried many times to contact the company to find out where my order was and then to cancel my order. No one got back to me until this weekend. They sent me hateful emails questioning my mental stability and threatened to contact my place of business to tell them I wasn't doing my job because I was worrying where my order was. They also told me that if I called them again they would contact the authorities. Contact the authorities because I got charged for a product I never recieved? I don't think the authorities would have arrested me for that. I have NEVER had such horrible customer service in my life. I still have not been given my money back or gotten my order. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
