1. Come to know the company through Alibaba.com (Duosiyibei)
2. Contacted the sales personel, Season Chen
3. Agree to the price USD28.00 each bag and ordered 15pcs bag (5 different design) without (JUICY COUTURE) wording on it.
4. Total amount paid USD420.00 through Western Union.
5. About 2 weeks later, the parcel arrived. But inside only have 5 bags, each design 1pc and with the logo of (JUICY COUTURE) on it.
6. Manage to contact the sales personel Season, and let her know the matter. She agree to resend the order after investigation done knowing is their side that sent wrong order out to me.
7. After 2 weeks later, no parcel received. So call, e-mail and msn the sales personel Season again.
8. But this time, no reply and when contact the company Duosiyibei.
I was inform that, the sales staff Season had resign for about 2 weeks.
9. Then i ask the company regarding my order, they said no record and i ask regarding the money i transfer, they said no idea as well.
10. Ask me to look for the resign staff Season myself as they are not responsible.
11. Manage to look for the sales personel, Season. She said the money already pass to her ex company. So, she can't refund me.
12. Call the company again, looking for the manager. The operator said the manager won't talk to me because is not their fault and nothing concern them even the order is make with thier company.
I'm just unlucky, they told me.
13. Lastly, I did not get my money back and no goods replace as well.
