Living conditions were extremely unsanitary! A puppy chuhuahua looked bloated and looked like it was being choked to death by it's colar. There were two golden retreivers with urine soaked bedding, and fecies caked in clumps on their fur and in between their paws. The was a lab living with the same conditions. Not to mention that these poor puppies were to big for the glass box they were sleeping in. There was also a Rottwieller puppy that looked like it was starving. You could see her hip bones and spine. I took immediate action, and called to proper authorities!
