I have been a pet groomer for 30 years and i realy in joy it but when your working to make a pet look nice for their owners ther is alot to it that is just out of your hands as to what you can do as for the clipping if the pet is in bad shape not the right breed for that clip that the owner wants on the pet body shape hair thickness and the list just gos on and on so you work as much with the owner and pet as much as you can to give all info needed for that apt check back in file as to what may have been done in the past and so. but i fell the pet should all ways come first at all cost! so you do your best owner comes not a thing is said as to how it came out by onwer you read all notes to onwer from groomer on what was done and why! they go home to the wife or family and then they call back to your job and say what a bad job you have done and want all money returned and after you have done that not you but your boss they will have the nerve to call for another apt the next time they want their pet groomed and it all starts over. groomers work on pets to get payed just like any one els .and when your boss gives all the money back you dont get payed for the service time you just did and i dont think thats legal i fell there must be a law to cover that payment some how they wright it off at the end of the year as a loss i am sure but your out of your income in the mean time first of all you cant say how a person is going to like the work of art you just did do to what ever but they ask you to do the best you could they cant do it and then not pay you .this is wrong on both parts. i fell its robbory of a service by owner, and white slavery by employer because you know you must go along with it or maybe loss your job i would like to know if this all is legal .
