I ordered a figurine the 1st of February and by the middle of March had not received the item. After inquiring twice to customer service via the telephone and also emailing through the web-site and not getting any answers I wrote a letter to Mr. Chris Toppings, President, asking if he could expedite the order. No response!! In April I finally received the very broken figurine and returned it promptly with a delivery confirmation receipt. It was received by Petals on April 16, 2007 @9:48 A.M. After five weeks I finally inquired about the refund of $49.90 and customer service had no idea as to when I might receiver such refund.
Another letter went off to Mr. Toppings and again, NO RESPONSE!! June 13th I called customer service again and they told me that I could not talk to a supervisor but they would guarantee that my refund would be mailed by the end of July. Why am I not holding my breath? This company is unprincipled in how they deal with their customers. I got burned before and never received any merchandise because they went bankrupt and were "not responsible for the previous orders." My biggest mistake was trusting them again.
