I contracted Peterson Architectural Products to supply the windows and doors for my new house. Hans Peterson, owner of Peterson Architectural Products, was paid a deposit. Peterson made delivery of about 70% of the ordered product. It has been 4 months and he will not return our phone calls or emails, he has completely ignored any contact I have tried to make with him. We are left with windows that are missing parts and doors that were never delivered. The windows and doors are all custom and now we are having a hard time trying to find someone to finish the project with a material that matches. He and his company have cost us a substantial amount of money and construction time. Since this has occurred I have found one other contract that has had the same experience. DO NOT WORK with this company they are unreliable and have bad business practices.

We are pursuing a lawsuit.
