never received product
Order simple K9 Advantix flea repellent on the 4th of June. It is the 15th of July and they still show "waiting for product". They will not respond to email, so I am out the $40.00 I spent over a month ago.

Frontline Plus
Be very aware of this company. Today i have received my Frontline shipment from them. The package came with no return address and postage due. This was the first indication of an illegitimate company. After having to go to the postal office to pay the postage and pick it up, I opened it. After some investigation I have found that all products that were sent to me are foreign, unregistered versions of Frontline plus. I have contacted the EPA and suggest anyone that has this same issue do the same. To help you find out if you have counterfeit products go to the EPA website. http://yosemite.epa.gov/R10/ECOCOMM.NSF/webpage/How+to+Identify+Counterfeit+Pet+Pesticides

Great Experience with PetCareChoice.com
I have had a great experience with Petcarechoice.com. I have been using the site for a few years and have recommended all of my friends! I get all my pet meds at low prices, which is great because it saves me so much. I recently needed flea and tick medication and Petcarechoice.com sent it to me on time and correctly! I highly recommend this site!!

Product not delivered
I ordered Rimadyl on March 18th after my previous on line pharmacy quit carrying the quantity I usually order. There were delays from the start. First it was an "address error", although they had my address correct. Then it was an incomplete pet profile, which also was completely filled out. It shipped on March 28th. I called on April 12th to track the package, but was told it couldn't be tracked until the 13th business day. After getting no where with customer service (and having to purchase Rimadyl elsewhere) I asked to have my order canceled and a refund issued. Nope. Couldn't do it until they could track the package...must be "held up in customs". So the next day I called to track and cancel after filing a dispute with my credit card. Now I'm told they can't track the package or issue a refund because of the dispute. Thank goodness for credit cards. They have refunded my money. Other review sites have shown similar problems (should of checked them first!!) and the BBB in WA (where the company is based) gives them an F rating. Stay away, no matter how low the price.

Counterfeit/Unregistered Frontline Plus
I received Frontline Plus in the mail from PetCareChoice.com. I was surprised to see what appears to be a prescription label on the package that was written in Chinese. After doing some research, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a few websites as to how to tell if you have legitimate Frontline Plus or a foreign/unregistered product. These products are unlawfully imported from other countries and who knows what you are getting. There have been multiple people on the internet complaining that these products have made their pets sick. I called PetCareChoice.com and asked for a refund. They refused to do that. The EPA has let me know that they are looking into this matter. The following website shows the difference between good and bad Frontline Plus. The pictures are what I received from PetCareChoice.com

Go to the website and then look at the picture I submitted. They are counterfeit/not legal.

If insanely cheap pet meds are too good to be true - they are
Do not buy from petcarechoice.com. PetCareChoice uses bait and switch tactics. They offer steeply discounted pet medications - after waiting their 2-3 weeks waiting period to receive their products, they turn out to be generic medications from India.
They customer service is rude and uninformed and argumentative. If you ask a rep who owns PetCareChoice, the say they can't disclose that information. Very suspicious.
If insanely cheap pet meds are too good to be true - they are. Don't buy from PetCareChoice.

Do not go to this site or give them your business
Heartguard comes from australia and frontline from the UK. The UK gets a storm so your shipment, according to petcarechoice, gets delayed then delayed again at customs. 8-12 days has turned into 45 days. There is a reason the stuff is so cheap but i will be just spending the extra few bucks and going to my VET. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE OR GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
