Dishonest & inaccurate
I received an inaccurate order from PetCareRX. After having trouble with the customer care rep understanding the problem, he finally understood that they sent me the wrong product for my dog. He assured me that the correct product would be overnighted to me, as my dog needed this product immediately. Five days later I got a response via email, that they had received my request, and that the product would arrive in 5-7 days. I now regret returning the incorrect product immediately, per their request. I will now search for a company that is more accurate and honest in their dealings with customers.

Bad service
I actually had to argue with a PetCareRX representative to cancel a backordered medical item after my dog had died. I also requested to be taken off of their contact list but continued to receive emails. To top it off, yesterday I was informed that my "Order was being shipped." I had no pending orders, nothing was set up for automatic shipment and my dog died 5 months ago. Can't seem to get a hold of anybody at PetCareRX to assist me with this mess. Also, why in the work does a person need a minumum word count of 100 to post on this website?

Horrible service, broken promises
Petcarerx services is horrible. it takes 10 days to receive products understand standard shipping, they don't respond to emails via their customer service feature on their website, and despite spending 30 mins with their customer service on the phone, i never received a follow up call that was promised and never received my medication as promised. when i followed up again by phone they had no record of my order from 48 hrs pervious. Their autoship feature ends after 5 shipments. no where on their website does it tell the consumer that information. Unless you want to be extremely frustrated with a company then avoid these guys.

Does not honor unsubscribe request!
Are sending unwanted emails everyday... sometimes more... went through their unsubscribe procedures several times to no avail.

Deceitiful, poor service
Website says the product is available, then after the order is submitted with payment, we are informed the product is on back order and not available. It's been 2 weeks already and the customer service staff falsely said it was being shipped when it wasn't. This company is pathetic. Do not trust them with your pets' medicine needs.

Don't use
I ordered Heartgard, on 5/22/08. Nothing as of 6/2/08, I called and they said the vet office was closed and they could not fill my rx. I USE A 24 CLINIC. I called 6/3, said they would fax rx to vet. Called 6/4 rep told me order was fax 2 mins. ago. I called the vet and was told they actually faxed rx to PetCare on 6/3. More hassle...told to cancel order but will not give confirmation of cancellation. I filed complaint with www.newyork.bbb.org DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
